* Please note: any return or refund outcome may be different than listed below based on the reason or situation, however most cases would follow the rules listed below.
* Must email us for an RA # (Return Authorization number), in order to receive an approval for a return.
* Do not just mail / return an item back, as it can become lost or misplaced, and your refund can be denied.
* Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, this is because our processor does not refund their fee’s to us.
* Shipping charges are normally non-refundable. The actual shipping charges paid to ship your order to you would not be refundable for a return or if you changed your mind.
* Customers would be responsible to pay for return shipping charges if changed their mind and wanted to return the item for refund. We recommend the return to have an insurance amount attached to the shipment incase the item gets lost or damaged by your shipping carrier.
* Refunds are only processed once the item has been received back and inspected. As long as everything checks out, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment.
* Restocking fee’s may apply depending on the condition of the returned item. This will vary depending on the situation.
* Retuning your item will not guarantee a full refund, or partial refund, or in some cases no refund at all, however this is pre-determined when getting your RA # in the beginning.
* Most used items are not refundable, for full purchase price. Note, not all used items are accepted back for a refund. Items that can’t be resold for new, or sold at all will have different outcomes on the return process.
* Any altered item, that’s been changed or modified in any way including cut or trimmed down are non-refundable.
Roof Installation Service Policies
* A 50% deposit refund is granted if canceling your service is done before your scheduled installation date.
* Deposits are non-refundable after your installation date has been scheduled. This is because we loose that time slot to use for other customers.
* Note: once payment has been made for the roofing materials, this portion is also non-refundable by us; however its possible to get a refund requested and approved by the manufacturer, this is not guaranteed but may be possible
* Note: Last second cancelations will most likely loose your full deposit, along with not being able to return your ordered material.
RV Roof Tech Assistant Service Policies
* Refund request after the service has been paid, will be granted less the credit card processing fee & a flat 50.00 booking fee that’s prepaid to set you up with one of our service techs to assist you on your upcoming roofing job. Note: if canceled within the first 24 hours the booking fee of 50.00 will also be refundable.
* Refund requests may be available by prorated cases, Please let us know through email the reason for the request to cancel the service, and we will pro-rate a refund back to you. Note: this can be done with-in the first few hours of our services.
* After an extended period of time (if a good portion of the service has been used), in most cases the refund request would be denied, simply because you used the majority of the service already.
