By leaving us a voice mail or email message we will respond within an hour in most cases
- Who do we use for a shipping carrier?
We normally use USPS, either regular ground or priority & UPS ground
- Can I get my order faster, with a faster service than traditional ground?
Please email us your request, and we will first make sure the product is available to ship and then we can get some shipping quotes over to you. You would be charged what ever our cost is for the expedited shipping.
- How soon will my order be processed and shipped out?
As long as your product is in stock and ready to ship, we would process your order withing a 24 hour period, after its processed, it would be packaged and ready to ship within 48 hours.
- How do pre-orders work?
Sometimes we take pre-orders on items that have a hard time keeping in stock. For these items its best to pay for your order ahead of time, to put you on the reserve list once our main order arrives to us. As soon as our main order arrives to us, your pre-paid and reserved order will be processed and shipped first before other orders that come in after yours.
- Do we ship to Canada?
Yes we can ship to Canada, you can place your order first as normal, and then we can do a shipping quote and bill you the difference. Or you can ask for a shipping quote before placing your order and we can email you a link to pay for your order that includes the updated shipping information.
- Can I cancel my order once placed?
Yes you can cancel your order, however the processing charges are unfortunately non-refundable once the order is placed, this is because our processor does not refund us this amount. Note: as long as your order is canceled before its been shipped out it will be fully refunded, less the processing charge, which is around 3% or less. If your order has already been shipped out then the shipping charges would also not be refundable, and you would need to return the item once received for a refund.
- Do you do custom orders?
Yes, we strive to do whats possible for custom orders, weather its one item thats built to your needs or a bulk order thats requested. Please let us know what your looking for through email, and we will see what we can do for you. Glass, and window shades are also custom made to order, we would just need your exact measurements. Please note: most custom orders are non-refundable, so its important to get the size right.
- Can I change my shipping address?
You can certainly try to email us as soon as the order go’s through about changing your shipping address. As long as we get the information before our shipping label is created that’s no problem. For orders that are not instock, or back ordered, etc. you can always change your shipping address as well, again please email us and we will confirm it back to you. Note: its common for some customers as they are traveling to change their address’s from one RV park to another, So your order may be waiting for you upon arrival to your next destination.
- How do I know you received my order?
If you received an email confirmation from PayPal (which is our processor), then we received your order. You’re welcome of course to email us to re-confirm if you would like.
